S
IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
You have the dreams. What's missing is time, a plan, and someone in your corner.
The days fill up
Work, kids, dinner, email. By the time it's quiet, you're too tired to start, and what you care about waits at the bottom of the list.
Nothing is built to help you get somewhere
Plenty of apps are built to keep you scrolling. Very few are built to help you finish something that matters to you.
Doing it alone is the hardest part
No plan, no one who notices, no one to tell when it goes well. So someday stays someday.
WHAT KICKTODO GIVES YOU
You don't need more willpower. You need a plan and a buddy.
A plan that fits your life
Start with the outcome you want. Your plan is built around the week you actually have, with the time and steps shown before you commit.
Someone in your corner
Invite a friend or a small circle. You choose exactly what they see, and you can change it any time.
Kind when life happens
Miss a day and the next one is a comeback day, where two minutes counts. Move a step, make it smaller, or pause. No streaks to lose.
SOMEONE IN YOUR CORNER
A system. A friend. Soon, a coach.
Bring the people you already trust. You choose who's in, what they see, and when access ends. Your journal stays yours.
Just me
A private plan and a guide. Nothing is shared unless you share it.
A friend
One person sees the progress you choose and can cheer you on.
A circle
A small group working on their own goals, side by side, with permissions you control.
A coach
Coming soon
Coaching isn't available yet. When it opens, a coach will suggest, and you'll still decide.
YOUR DAILY LIST
The goal is the outcome. Today is one step toward it.
Every step says what to do, how long it takes, what counts as done, and how it moves you closer.
WALK TO 5K · WEEK 3 OF 8
Two-minute runs, 28 min
After your anchor: 5 rounds of 2 minutes easy running and 2 walking, at talking pace. Done when your longest run is logged.
FIRST DRAFT · DAY 10 OF 30
250 words, messy counts
At your slot, write without deleting or rereading. Done when your story total is in. It moves you toward 3,000 words and "the end".
TEN PAGES A DAY · DAY 9 OF 21
Twelve pages, same chair
Read at your slot and enter pages read so far. Twelve leaves room for two missed days and still finishes the book.
Real days from KickTodo challenges. Your plan is built from the challenge you choose and the week you have.
CHOOSE WHAT MATTERS
Start with the life you want more of.
Every challenge shows its time, its steps and what counts as done before you start, and every day has an easier version.

THE FILM · 1:12
One minute. One someday list.
A busy life, a list of somedays, and what changes when there's a plan and a friend. Narrated and captioned. Never autoplays.
Someday, meet Tuesday
A 72-second narrated, hand-drawn film. A woman's someday list (run a race, write the book, call the friends she misses) gets buried under work, kids, dinner and email, and late at night she is alone with it. KickTodo's Make Room challenge gives her a few minutes after her morning coffee each day until Sunday holds a protected hour. She uses it for Walk to 5K, a friend cheers her on, a missed day becomes a comeback day, and she crosses "run a race" off the list. It ends with the KickTodo logo, whose last letter is a clock whose hands become the checkmark.

YOUR GUIDE
It suggests. You decide.
KickBot helps you break a big goal into steps you can finish, and suggests a change when the week gets away from you. Nothing changes, gets shared, or gets bought without your yes. Meet your guide.

- Work ran late again. I don't think I can run tonight.
- That's okay. You've done 4 of 5 runs this week. I can move tonight's run to Thursday morning, or swap it for a 10-minute walk. Your call.

QUESTIONS
Know what you're choosing.
Is this another habit tracker?
No. A tracker asks whether you ticked the box. KickTodo starts from the outcome you want and gives you the next step toward it.
What if I miss a day, or a week?
Nothing breaks. The next day is a comeback day: the smallest version counts in full, and nothing doubles. Miss a week and you can restart on the next Monday or the 1st.
How long until it sticks?
Longer than most apps admit. A challenge starts a habit, and most habits take about two months or more to feel automatic. That's why every challenge ends with a keep plan: the same moment, a smaller dose, and a weekly check-in.
Who can see my progress?
Only you, unless you invite someone. You choose what each person sees and can take it back any time. Your journal is never shared by default.
What can KickBot do without me?
Nothing that matters. It can explain, suggest and help you plan. It can't complete your steps, change your plan, share anything, or buy anything without your approval.
What does it cost?
The current guided challenges are free during early access. Prices for anything paid are shown before you buy, with plain cancellation terms.
