The whole loop, without the pressure.

  1. 01.

    Choose

Review the outcome, daily effort, duration, evidence, and available support before you commit.

  2. 02.

    Fit

Shape the schedule around your time, energy, constraints, accessibility needs, and privacy choices.

  3. 03.

    Act

Open Today and see the one action that matters now, what counts as done, and allowed alternatives.

  4. 04.

    Adapt

Move, substitute, reduce, pause, or approve a proposed change without erasing progress already earned.

Enough structure to move. Enough space to be human.

A guide that proposes—not a system that takes over.

KickBot can explain today’s action, help you reflect, notice a constraint, and propose a plan adjustment. It cannot silently complete your work, weaken the evidence you agreed to, expose private journal text, purchase something, or grant another person access.

You can review what your guide remembers and keep meaningful changes behind explicit approval.

Recovery is part of the design.

What KickTodo is—and is not.

Is KickTodo another habit streak app?

No. It centers a declared outcome, a reviewable plan, one useful next action, and honest recovery rather than protecting an unbroken streak.

Does the AI change my plan automatically?

No. KickBot may propose a meaningful plan or privacy change, but you review and approve it first.

Do I have to share my progress?

No. Your plan, check-ins, and journal are private by default. Sharing is optional and scoped.

What happens if I miss several days?

You can reschedule, substitute, reduce, pause, or ask your guide for a proposal. KickTodo does not silently double the next day.

Start with the outcome that matters.

Review a real challenge and its commitment before deciding.
